System rewiring
Mrs Y. of Colchester is an OAP and lives in a 1st floor flat, had a door entry system fittedwhich was 18 months old but due to poor product selection it didnt last outside.
I checked the existing wiring to see if I could re use it with a new system and Mrs Y.
contracted me to fit a more suitable system for the purpose.
Lighting system
Mr C. of Colchester moved into a New apartment and was disappointed with the low energy
lighting installed, He asked me if there was anyway of improving it but keeping with the
Low energy theme. I Sourced replacement LED units which offer instant light at only 7watts
per lamp and a higher light output than the 11W Compact flourescent equivilant.
Electric shower improvement
Mr S. of Clacton had a poor flow on his electrically heated shower and wanted something with a bit more force behind it. I removed the existing shower unit, adapted the existing supply, and retiled the necessary area with some spare tiles the client had. I contracted a plumber to install the necessary pipe work to the shower control unit in the loft which then feeds down to the shower cubile in a well presented rail system.
